Return/Refund Policy
Return
Our products are designed and personalized or customized for you and/or digital in form, this means that when you place your order, we design and/or print the item(s) at the time after your purchase. Because of the nature of these product(s), we do not accept returns.
We do not offer refunds on custom items or digital products due to the nature of the item(s). We produce mockups of the item after the design is finished. At that time there is a form for you to complete and submit that allows you to accept or decline with changes requested. If for some reason we are not able to completely satisfy your vision you will be refunded minus the $30.00 design fee.
Refund
We do not offer refunds on custom items or digital products. Any and all questions or concerns can be directed to customerservice@lddkreationz.com.
Refunds and replacements are not granted on sublimation product(s). Sublimation voids are white lines or white creases around the armpit area and seam lines of apparel and items. You may see sublimation voids on your apparel. There are no refunds or exchanges because of sublimation voids. We will not reprint an item because of sublimation voids or other slight imperfections due to the nature of all over printing. You are agreeing to accept the item if a sublimation void should occur.
Other Concerns:
We will only create one (1) custom design per order. A custom design description is required to place an order or you can select from one of the designs on the website. A custom design includes a colored background, text, theme and a picture collage with up to 3 photos. We use our creativity to create your custom design from scratch using the information from your custom design description. One (1) custom design is allowed per order. For multiple custom designs, you will need to place a separate order for each design. Photos must be high quality. Poor quality photos (blurry, too small, too dark, too light) will be disregarded and you will be required to submit new, high quality photos.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the personalization form is received we begin on the design as soon as possible so you can visually check for mispelled and/or incorrect name, dates, venues, etc. The order is then sent to production and prepared for pickup or to be shipped. Cancellation request can only be honored before the product(s) go into production. At that time the cancellation fee of $30.00 will be subtracted from your order total.
Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the mail carrier, we will notify you by email.
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the mail carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
