RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

Our commitment: 
At LDD Creations LLC, we create custom designs and personalized products specifically for you. Each item is made to order based on your specifications, which means production begins immediately after your order is placed. 

Custom Product Policy:  Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offers refunds on:

Quality assurance process:
To ensure your complete satisfaction:
1. We created a design mockup based on your specifications. 
2. You receive a personalization form to review and approve all details, (names, dates, spelling, design elements, etc.)
3. You must approve the design before production begins. 
4. Once approved, the item enters production and cannot be modified or canceled. 

When refunds ARE available: We will issue a refund if:
We are unable to create a design that meets your approved specifications
We shipped the wrong item to you. 
Item arrives damaged due to our production error (not shipping damage)

You must report these issues within 48 hours of delivery by emailing customerservice@lddkreationz.com with clear photos and your order number. 

Sublimation Printing Disclaimer: 
Sublimation voids, (white lines or creases near seams and armpits) are an inherent characteristic of all-over sublimation printing and do not constitute a defect. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that sublimation voids may occur. No refunds, exchanges, or reprints will be provided for sublimation voids or minor imperfections inherent to the printing process. 

Design Specifications: Each order includes ONE (1) custom design featuring:
1. Decorated backgrounds. 
2. Custom text and theme. 
3. Photo collage (up to 3 high quality images) 

Additional designs require separate orders. Low quality photos (blurry, pixelated, too dark, or too light) will be rejected, and you will be asked to provide replacement images. 

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations are only accepted BEFORE production begins. If approved:
1. A $30 cancellation fee applies. 
2. Remain in balance will be refunded to your original payment method within five to seven business days. 

Once production begins, cancellations cannot be honored. 

Shipping Address Responsibility:  You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for packages that are:
1. Delivered to an inaccurate address you provided. 
2. Marked as "unclaimed" or "return to sender".
3. Lost, stolen, or damaged after you request mail carrier.
4.  Deemed undeliverable by the carrier. 

If your package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:  Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@lddkreationz.com with:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photos of the issue. 
3. Description of the problem. 

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or refund as appropriate.

Legal Notice:  This policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
