Return

Most items are designed and customized for you – this means that when you place your order, we design and/or print that item(s) just for you. Because of the nature of these item(s), we do not accept return requests for those products. They are customized and printed on demand.

We do not offer refunds on custom items or digital products due to these items being made just for you. If you received a mockup of your product prior to shipping and approved your product, there will be a $30 replacement fee plus the cost of shipping for changes that you request. You can contact us within 72 hours after receiving the item(s) and provide confirmation via photo or video that your product(s) was not as described or expected. If you receive a product that is damaged, we offer replacement options on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Refund

We do not offer refunds on custom items or digital products. For products that are not custom or digital, after we determine a refund will be issued contact us at customerservice@lddkreationz.com. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label with instructions on how and where to return the package. We will notify you once we’ve received your item(s). You will then be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Replacements

We have a 20-day replacement policy so be sure to inspect your order and report issues within 72 hours of receiving your item to begin the process. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at customerservice@lddkreationz.com. Once your replacement request is accepted, and once the replacement fee is paid (if applicable), We will inform you of the address to return the package. We will begin to process your replacement immediately and ship it within 3 to 5 business days after we receive the package. You are responsible for the shipping fees.

If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or printing quality issue, please contact our customer service immediately at customerservice@lddkreationz.com within the 72-hour time frame after receiving the item(s). We will begin the process to determine if a replacement will be issued.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately within 72 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale item(s) or item(s) purchased with gift cards.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders are confirmed for printing 12 hours after they’re placed to ensure the fastest fulfillment. Therefore, your order is only eligible to be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and cannot be canceled. For items in which a mock-up is needed, cancellation must be placed before the mock-up is presented. If a design fee was paid, it is non-refundable.

 

Incorrect Address:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, is marked “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the mail carrier, we will notify you by email.

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the mail carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
