Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:  Production begins after you approve your design mock-up. Standard processing:   Regular Orders 5-7 business days.    Large/Bulk Orders:  6 to 10 business days and (varies by quantity and busy seasons). 
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. 

Order Receipt Cutoff Times (CST):
Monday - Thursday:  Orders after 4 p.m. process next business day. 
Friday - Saturday:  Orders after 12 p.m. process next business day. 
Sunday- All orders process Monday.

Shipping Time: After your order ships, standard delivery is two to four business days via USPS or UPS. This is an estimate. Carrier delays such as weather or other circumstances that may affect delivery. 

Understanding the Timeline:
Processing Time =
Time we need to create your custom item. 
Shipping Time= Time the carrier needs to deliver after pickup. 
Total Wait Time= Processing + Shipping combined.

Tracking and Confirmation:  You'll receive emails:
1.  Design Approved, Entering Production- Confirms your address change has closed and production has begun. 
2.  Shipping Confirmation:  Includes tracking number and estimated delivery date. 

Use your tracking number to monitor delivery progress in real time. 

Address changes. Review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Changes must be requested before processing begins by emailing customerservice@lddkreationz.com with:
Your order number
Corrected shipping address

Once your order enters production address changes cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses you provide. 

Local Pickup Option:  Save on shipping cost and eliminate carrier risk by selecting local pickup at checkout. You'll receive an email when you are already ready for pickup at our Houston, Texas location. Address will be provided in the email. 

Shipping Responsibility:  Once we transfer your package to the carrier (UPS or USPS), ownership and responsibility transfers to you. We are not liable for:
--Lost or stolen packages, (including porch theft)
--Damage during transit. 
--Carrier delivery delays or errors 
--Mis delivery by the carrier. 
--Issues caused by incorrect address information. 

Shipping Insurance (Strongly Recommended) Protect your investment by adding shipping insurance.  Insurance covers lost packages, damaged items during transit, and stolen packages. 

Claims must be filed with the carrier. We'll provide all necessary documentation to support your claim. 

If Your Package Has Issues:

For Damaged Packages:
1.  Photograph Immediately: 
Take photos of the box exterior and contents before fully unpacking. 
2.  Contact Carrier Within 24 Hours:  File a damaged claim using your tracking number. 
3. Email Us:  Send photos and claim documentation to customerservice@lddkreationz.com. 


For Lost or Stolen Packages: 

1.  Check Tracking: Confirm the package shows delivered to your address. 
2.  Check with neighbors/household:  Verify no one else received it. 
3.  Contact Carrier:  File a claim using your tracking number. 
4.  Email Us:  Send photos and claim documentation to customerservice@lddkreationz.com. 


Replacement Policy: 
If the carrier confirms your package is lost or damaged:
--We can reprint your order at a discounted rate. Contact us to discuss this option. 
--Replacement production begins after payment is received. 
--Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
--If you purchased insurance, file your claim first. You may receive full reimbursement from the carrier, eliminating the need for a discounted reprint.
