Shipping Policy
Our processing time is 3-5 business days for custom decorated apparel and can be as long as 6-10 business days after approval of the design (this does not include weekends and holidays) and standard shipping time is 2-5 business days (this is an estimate and times may vary due to unforeseen delays with the carrier). This time varies depending on the demand when your order is received. Any order received after 4pm CST on Monday-Thursday is considered received upon the next business day. Any order received after 12pm CST on Friday and Saturday is considered received upon the next business day.
The processing time for bulk or group orders may vary slightly depending on quantity.
Note: Processing time and Shipping time are different. Processing is the time it takes for us to produce your items. Shipping time is determined by the shipping carrier and is the amount of time it takes for your items to be delivered to you once it’s in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Please note that labels may be printed early due to volume and the processing time is started then. Delivery confirmation will be emailed once item(s) has shipped.
If there are any changes that need to be made to the shipping address after the order has been submitted, PLEASE CONTACT WITHIN TWO HOURS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER and provide us with the correct shipping information.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, or FEDEX transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by contacting the carrier. INSURANCE is available to add to any order if you so choose. We will do our best to reasonably accommodate you by reprinting your item(s) at a discounted rate, but we will not ship out a replacement until the replacement fee has been paid.
